1.Eligibility
- Your company must be fully licensed and commercially insured for luxury ground transportation, and keep all documents current at all times.
- You must hold all permits required to operate in every county you choose to serve — including any applicable airport and seaport permits for that county. You may only accept rides in counties you are permitted for.
- All chauffeurs must be able to speak and understand English well enough to communicate clearly with passengers and dispatch.
2.Vehicles
- All vehicles must be 3 model years old or newer, black, immaculate inside and out, and consistent with the luxury classes Premium Lane sells: business sedans, first-class sedans, business-class SUVs, first-class SUVs, and executive Sprinters/vans.
- Rides may only be completed in vehicles that are registered and approved in the Premium Lane system. Completing a ride in an unregistered vehicle is grounds for termination.
3.Chauffeur Conduct & Presentation
- Chauffeurs must always wear a black, gray, or dark blue suit with a tie and a clean dress shirt. No casual clothing, sneakers, hats, or branding of any other company.
- Chauffeurs should be on location 15 minutes before every scheduled pickup. This is the standard that protects the reputation that keeps rides flowing to your fleet.
- No soliciting. You and your chauffeurs may never promote your own company or solicit Premium Lane passengers for direct or future business. Every passenger is a Premium Lane client. Violations lead to termination.
- No bots or automation. Ride offers must be viewed and accepted by a person. Using any bot, script, macro, auto-clicker, or automated tool to watch, refresh, or claim offers is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of any pending payouts. Our systems detect automated claiming and may auto-suspend the account.
4.Ride Commitments
- Once you accept a ride, you are committed to completing it with your own approved chauffeurs and vehicles.
- No farming out. Premium Lane rides may never be passed to another company or outside driver.
- You may give a ride back free within 5 minutes of accepting it. Beyond that, you have an allowance of 3 give-backs per rolling 3 months (about one per month). Exceeding the allowance may result in suspension or termination.
- Flight-delay exception: a give-back caused by a flight delayed more than 30 minutes does not count toward your allowance. Select the flight-delay reason in the portal when giving the ride back.
- Standard Premium Lane ride policies apply on every trip — wait times, child seats, and passenger capacity — as published in the partner portal and at premiumlane.net/policies-and-fees.
5.The App & Communication
- Every chauffeur completing a Premium Lane ride must have the Premium Lane driver app on their phone.
- Ride statuses must be updated live at every stage: en route, arrived, passenger on board, and completed.
6.Payment
- Every ride offer shows your exact payout before you accept — what you see is what you earn.
- There are no fees to join the partner program and no monthly charges. Payouts are recorded when a ride is completed and tracked in your portal's Payments dashboard.
- Gratuity and payment are always handled through Premium Lane — chauffeurs never ask passengers for tips or payment in person.
7.Suspension & Termination
Failure to follow these terms can lead to suspension or permanent termination of your affiliate account, at Premium Lane's sole discretion. Serious violations — soliciting our clients, farming out rides, completing rides in unregistered vehicles, or using bots/automation to claim offers — may result in immediate termination.
8.Changes to These Terms
Premium Lane may update these terms as the partner program grows. Meaningful changes are announced in the partner portal; continuing to accept rides after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Accepting these terms. Checking the acceptance box on the application form and submitting your application constitutes your agreement to these Affiliate Partner Terms. Questions? Email [email protected].
