Affiliate Partner Requirements

1.Licensing and permits

• Your company must be fully licensed and commercially insured for luxury ground transportation, with all documents kept current in the partner portal.
• You must hold every permit required in each county you choose to serve, including airport and seaport permits where they apply (MIA, FLL, PBI, TPA, PortMiami, Port Everglades). You may only accept rides in counties you are permitted for.
• All chauffeurs must speak and understand English well enough to communicate clearly with passengers and dispatch.

2.Vehicles

• Every vehicle must be model year 2024 or newer, black exterior with a black interior, immaculate inside and out, and one of the approved models for the class it serves: Business Class sedan, First Class sedan, Business Class SUV, First Class SUV, or Executive Sprinter.
• Rides may only be completed in vehicles that are registered and approved in the MIUUM partner portal, with valid insurance on file. A ride completed in an unregistered vehicle is grounds for termination.

3.Chauffeur presentation and conduct

• Black, gray, or dark blue suit with a tie and a clean dress shirt. No casual clothing, sneakers, hats, or another company's branding.
• On location 15 minutes before every scheduled pickup, and within the on-location distance the app checks before a ride can start.
• No soliciting. Every passenger is a MIUUM client; your team never promotes its own company or asks for direct or future business.
• No bots or automation. Ride offers must be viewed and accepted by a person.

4.Ride commitments

• Once you accept a ride you are committed to completing it with your own approved chauffeurs and vehicles. No farming out to another company or outside chauffeur.
• You may give a ride back free within 5 minutes of accepting it, then up to 3 give-backs per rolling 3 months. A give-back caused by a flight delayed more than 30 minutes does not count.
• Every chauffeur runs the ride in the MIUUM chauffeur app and updates the status live: en route, arrived, passenger on board, completed.
• Standard MIUUM ride policies apply on every trip (wait times, child seats, service animals, passenger and luggage capacity), as published in the partner portal and at Policies and Fees.
• Service animals always ride. A chauffeur never refuses a service animal, and no pet fee or deposit ever applies to one. Chauffeurs help riders with a folding wheelchair or mobility aid at no charge.

5.Payouts

• Every offer shows your exact payout before you accept; the amount you accept is the amount you are paid.
• No fees to join and no monthly charges. Payouts go out through Stripe to the account you connect in the portal; Stripe collects your tax and bank details directly, MIUUM never stores them.
• Gratuity and payment are always handled through MIUUM; chauffeurs never ask passengers for tips or payment in person.

6.Suspension and termination

Not meeting these requirements can lead to suspension or permanent termination of your affiliate account at MIUUM's sole discretion. Soliciting clients, farming out rides, and using unregistered vehicles or chauffeurs are treated as serious violations.
