Book by the hour when the day is a schedule rather than a single trip: meetings across the city, a site visit and a lunch, a shopping afternoon, an event with an uncertain end. The chauffeur and the vehicle stay with you for the whole booking, across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Tampa and TPA pickups are available by request.
You enter one starting address and how many hours you need. Then choose where the ride ends: back where it started, or at a different address. Add the stops you already know, in order, at no extra charge.

Minimum booking
2 hours in Business Class, First Class Sedan, Business Class SUV and First Class SUV. 4 hours in the Executive Van. A class shows as unavailable in the form if you choose fewer hours than its minimum.
Up to 24 hours
Book anything from the minimum to 24 hours. The form starts at 3 hours; change it to suit your day.
25 miles an hour included
Every booked hour includes 25 miles, so a 4-hour booking includes 100 miles.
Stops at no extra charge
Add the stops your day needs, in the order you want them. On an hourly booking a stop is never priced.
Where the ride ends
Choose "Back where it started" or "A different address" when you book, so your chauffeur knows the plan from the start.
Airport starts
Starting at MIA or FLL? Choose meet and greet or curbside and add your flight number, and the pickup moves if the flight lands early or late.
An hourly rate by class, locked when you book
The price is the hourly rate for your vehicle class times the hours you book, plus the $5.95 service fee, with the 20% chauffeur gratuity already included. The booking form shows the price in every available class before you choose, and it is locked when you book. A booking that starts between 11 pm and 6 am carries the 20% late-night rate, already inside the price shown.
Only fees that actually apply are added, such as tolls and parking or cleaning, at the rates in Policies and Fees.
Pick the class that fits everyone
Count passengers and bags together. If what arrives at the pickup does not fit safely, your chauffeur may decline the ride and it is treated as a no-show, so book the larger class when you are between two. See the full fleet.

When hourly is the better booking
If you know exactly where you are going and nothing will change, a city to city ride or an airport transfer is usually the simpler booking. Book by the hour when the plan has several stops or may move.

What is the minimum for an hourly booking?
2 hours in Business Class, First Class Sedan, Business Class SUV and First Class SUV, and 4 hours in the Executive Van. A booking can run up to 24 hours.
Do stops cost extra on an hourly booking?
No. Add the stops you know when you book, in order, at no extra charge. Stops are priced only on airport and city to city rides.
Do I need a drop-off address?
You choose when you book: the ride ends back where it started, or at a different address you enter.
How many miles are included?
25 miles for every hour you book.
Is the gratuity included?
Yes. The price you see before you pay includes the 20% chauffeur gratuity and the $5.95 service fee, and it is locked when you book.
Is there a late-night rate?
A booking that starts between 11 pm and 6 am carries a 20% late-night rate, already included in the price shown.
What if I cancel?
Free 4 hours or more before pickup. Then 25% under 4 hours, 50% under 3 hours, 75% under 2 hours, and 100% under 1 hour or for a no-show.
