This Cookie Policy explains how Premium Lane LLC d/b/a MIUUM (“MIUUM,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage in your browser, on miuum.com (also served at premiumlane.net), including the booking form and our agent, agency and corporate portals. It also summarises what our apps store on your device. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information more generally.
Your choices
- On your first visit a banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Preferences, where you can turn Analytics and Advertising on or off separately. Both stay off until you turn them on.
- Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months. After that, or if we change the categories, we ask again.
- You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. When you turn a category off, we stop loading those tags and remove the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies our site can reach.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising cookies stay off even if you choose Accept all. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, because there is no common standard for them.
- Rejecting analytics and advertising does not affect booking, signing in or paying.
- You can also delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. If you do, the site forgets your sign-in, language and cookie choice.

Payments, sign-in and security
These are set by the companies that provide payments and sign-in. They are needed for those features and are used under each company’s own privacy policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us page-view counts and loading times. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you, so it runs for every visitor.
Our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts as the page is drawn, so that request reaches Google before you make a cookie choice. Google Fonts sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device; Google receives the request and your IP address, under Google’s own privacy policy.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you turn on Analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit and how the site performs. If you accept analytics but not advertising, we ask Google Analytics not to use the data for advertising features.

Advertising, only with your consent
If you turn on Advertising, we load Google Ads to measure which ads lead to calls and bookings and to show MIUUM ads to people who visited our site. If you accept advertising, Google’s tag may also send Google a scrambled (hashed) form of an email address or phone number you type into a form on our site, so Google can match a call or booking to an ad. With advertising off, none of this happens, and it never happens when your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

Tools we no longer use
We removed the Apollo.io visitor tracker and Facebook sign-in from our website in September 2026. If you visited before then, your browser may still hold items such as apolloAnonId. They are no longer read or sent, and you can clear them in your browser settings.
Our apps and the partner portal
The MIUUM passenger app, the MIUUM Chauffeur app and the partner portal at partners.miuum.com store the settings they need on your device. None of them uses advertising cookies.
- Passenger app: sign-in and account (pl.token, pl.session, pl.users), your recent bookings (pl.bookings) and saved places (pl.savedPlaces), language and theme (pl.lang, pl.theme), a random install ID used to count how people move through the first screens (pl.device), notification setup (pl.pushDeviceToken, pl.pushPrimed, pl.laStart), support chat (pl.chat.vid, pl.chat.thread, pl.chat.since, pl.chat.aiConsent), and whether you have finished the tour or been asked for a store review (pl.onboarded, pl.reviewAsked). Card payments in the app use the Stripe cookies listed above.
- Chauffeur app: sign-in (pld.session), theme and preferred navigation app (pld.theme, pld.navApp), notification setup (pl.pushDeviceToken), updates waiting to send when the connection returns (pld.outbox), chat read status (pld.chat.seenAt), and whether you have seen the background location notice (pld.bgLocationNoticeSeen).
- Partner portal and the partner screens of the Chauffeur app: sign-in (plaff.token, plaff.remember, plaff.profile), language and theme (plaff.lang, plaff.theme), preferred navigation app (plaff.navApp), and offers you dismissed (plaff.vanished.dismissed).
- Our apps and portals also send error reports to Sentry when something breaks, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
When we add or remove a cookie or tracker, we update this page and its effective date. If we add a new optional category, we ask for your choice again.
