How the estimate works
- These are estimates, not a guarantee. They use today's published fares for a daytime ride with no extras; airport tolls and parking are not included. What you actually save depends on the rides you book.
- The everyday discount comes off the ride total, gratuity included (not the $5.95 service fee), when you book on the website or app (and in the corporate portal on corporate plans). It does not apply to rides booked by phone, through a travel agent or agency, or to charges added after a ride such as wait time and tolls.
- The discount does not combine with promo codes. When a code saves as much or more, such as the one-time welcome code, which you enter at checkout on whichever ride you choose, the code is used for that ride instead, so that ride gets no member discount and that month saves less than shown.
- A free fare is for a Business Class or Business Class SUV transfer of 15 miles or less, never an hourly booking; over 15 miles it does not apply. It comes after every 20, 15 or 10 paid rides, depending on the plan, and takes the place of one of your rides. The 20% gratuity for your chauffeur, any child seats and the $5.95 service fee are still charged on that ride, with no discount. You redeem it at the website or app checkout, on corporate plans too. Rides you pay for by card on the website, app or corporate portal count toward it, and at today's fares every such ride qualifies; the figures assume your rides are paid that way.
- Ride counters and unused rewards reset at the start of each calendar year (midnight UTC on January 1, which is 7 p.m. Eastern on December 31), so only free fares you can earn and use between January and December are counted. The figures are for a full calendar year; if you join mid-year, your first year earns fewer free fares and saves less. Monthly figures are a year's total divided by 12, and early months save less because free fares come later.
- Perks such as sparkling water, champagne and First Class upgrades are not counted as money, and rewards have no cash value. Annual billing lowers the plan fee only; the ride benefits are the same.

You choose monthly or annual billing, your plan is charged when you join and then renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; MIUUM never stores your card. Your everyday discount comes off the ride total, gratuity included (not the $5.95 service fee), whenever you book on the website or app, from the moment your membership is active.
Yes. Open your account, go to Offers and rewards and choose Manage membership; cancelling stops future renewals. Your membership and benefits stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are not refunded or prorated, and once a membership ends, milestone progress and any unused rewards are forfeited.
Yes. An annual plan renews for another year at the end of each 12-month term, at the rate you signed up at, unless you cancel first. Florida's automatic renewal law (section 501.165, Florida Statutes) requires us to disclose this clearly and to remind you in writing before an annual plan renews, so we email you 30 to 60 days before your renewal date with the amount and how to cancel. Monthly plans renew each month and can be cancelled at any time.

No. When a promo code and your member discount both apply to a ride, the code is used if it saves as much or more; otherwise your member discount is used.

On MIUUM rides you book on the website or app across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, including airport transfers, city-to-city trips and hourly bookings (Tampa and TPA pickups are available by request); corporate plans also apply in the corporate portal. Rewards cannot be redeemed on hourly bookings. The membership is personal to your account and cannot be transferred; corporate plans belong to the company account they were opened under.
