VIP discounts apply automatically at checkout on every ride booked with your account, website, app, or portal. Savings are tracked per ride and totaled on your dashboard, so you always know what the membership is earning you. Rides of $50 or more count toward milestone rewards, and a reward can be used on a trip of 15 miles or less; the VIP Membership Terms have the full rules.

Is there a cost or an approval process?
Opening a corporate account is free and instant: pick "Corporate" when creating your account and the portal is yours. Card payments work right away; paying by invoice needs MIUUM's approval for your company. The optional VIP membership is the only paid piece.
Who can be on my roster?
Anyone you book rides for, employees, executives, visiting clients, candidates. A roster entry is just a saved name, phone, and usual pickup; travelers don't need their own logins.
How does my company pay?
By card, right in the portal, on any ride. Once MIUUM approves invoice billing for your company, you can also take a Stripe invoice by email. Every ride lands in one consolidated history either way, with a receipt the moment it's paid.
I already have a MIUUM account. Do I start over?
No, if your account is already set to Corporate, just sign into the portal with the same email and password. Your ride history is already there.
What counts toward "savings"?
The VIP membership discount actually applied to each ride. The dashboard totals it by month, quarter, and year so you can compare it against the membership fee at a glance.
Where are the account terms?
The Corporate Account Terms cover your roster, payment, spend reporting, and cancellations. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
