One free account, every ride in one place
Most of what companies book with us is routine: an early run to MIA, a client met at FLL, a chauffeur held for a day of meetings in Brickell. A corporate account keeps all of it in one place. It is free to open, instant and self-serve, with no monthly fee and no minimum spend: choose Corporate at sign-up at miuum.com/corporate and add your company name.
Ride prices, vehicle classes, coverage and policies are the same as for any MIUUM ride. An optional corporate VIP membership takes 8% or 15% off every ride; see the plans.

Your team, saved once
Save each traveler once: a name, plus an optional phone, usual pickup and department. Pick a name when you book and the details fill in. Travelers do not need their own logins.

Pay by card from the moment the account exists. Invoice billing, by Stripe invoice emailed to the company, is turned on once our team approves it for your company.

Add the traveler's name and phone; the trip stays on your account and we use those details to greet and contact them. The company is the customer for every ride booked on the account.
MIA and FLL runs, and what every ride includes
Your price is locked when you book and includes the 20% chauffeur gratuity and the $5.95 service fee; any airport tolls or parking are shown on the receipt. Pickups from 11 pm to 6 am carry a 20% late-night rate, already in the price shown.
Add the flight number and a late arrival moves the pickup instead of adding a delay fee. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait, domestic or international, timed from the gate; other pickups include 15 minutes.
Meet and greet
Your traveler is met inside the terminal with a name sign, at no extra charge, or picked up at the curb if they prefer.

After the free wait
$1 a minute in Business Class, Business Class SUV, First Class Sedan and First Class SUV, and $2 a minute in the Executive Van.
By the hour, for a day of meetings
When the day is a schedule rather than a single trip, book by the hour. The chauffeur stays with you between back-to-back meetings, lunches and site visits. The minimum is 2 hours in every class except the Executive Van, which is 4 hours; each hour includes 25 miles, and a booking runs up to 24 hours. For conferences, galas and team events, the Executive Van carries up to 13 passengers, and we coordinate several vehicles for larger groups.

Timing, changes and cancellation
Book at least 24 hours ahead to be sure of your preferred vehicle, and 48 to 72 hours ahead for events and large groups. Bookings within 2 hours of pickup are subject to availability; for urgent rides call (786) 894-6989. Every reservation is reviewed for availability and confirmed by email.

Cancellation
Free 4 hours or more before pickup, then 25% under 4 hours, 50% under 3 hours, 75% under 2 hours, and 100% under 1 hour or for a no-show. The charge goes to the account that made the booking.
Changing a booked ride
Request the change from the ride history in the corporate portal and it goes to our dispatch team.
Child seats
$20 each, rear-facing, forward-facing or booster, requested when you book. A child with no seat booked or brought means the ride cannot start, and it is charged as a no-show.

Can I set up a corporate account?
Yes, and you can open one yourself in a couple of minutes at miuum.com/corporate. It is free, with no minimum spend: you get a saved team roster and one place to see every ride your people take. Paying by card works from the moment the account exists. Invoice billing is separate, our team turns it on for your account once it is approved. How do I book hourly executive car service?

Which vehicles are best for corporate use?
Business Class (Cadillac Vistiq or similar) suits one or two executives. The Mercedes-Benz EQS Sedan is a quiet, spacious executive choice, with a premium interior ideal for working on the road. What does a corporate account cost, and how long does approval take?
It is free and there is no approval wait: choose Corporate at sign-up, add your company name and start booking with a card. The only part with a wait is invoice billing, which our team approves per company.
Do our travelers need their own logins?
No. A roster entry is a saved name with an optional phone, usual pickup and department. Keep in mind that ride history, spend and the roster are visible to anyone who can sign in to the account.
How do I get ride data into an expense report?
Download the ride history as a CSV in one click. Every ride is attributed to the traveler who took it. Invoices and receipts are the authoritative record of what was charged.
What happens if an executive's flight lands late?
Add the flight number when you book and the pickup moves with the flight, with no delay fee. Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of complimentary wait, timed from when the plane reaches the gate.
