Two things decide most FLL bookings: where your chauffeur will be standing, and what the price covers. When your pickup is an airport, the booking form lets you choose meet and greet or curbside. Meet and greet costs nothing extra, and both come with the same 60 minutes of complimentary wait.

Enter your flight number when you book. If it lands early or late, MIUUM moves your pickup to match, and there is no delay fee.
60 free minutes, timed from the gate
The complimentary hour starts when your plane reaches the gate, not at your booked pickup time, and it applies to domestic and international arrivals alike. Once your flight is found, the form suggests a pickup 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes after landing, 30 by default; you can keep your own time instead.
After the 60 minutes
Wait time is billed per minute: $1 a minute in Business Class, Business Class SUV, First Class Sedan and First Class SUV, and $2 a minute in the Executive Van.
Pickups that are not at an airport
A hotel, a home or the cruise terminal gets a 15-minute complimentary grace period instead.
Cruise transfers, both directions
FLL to the ship before you sail, and the terminal back to FLL, a hotel or home when you return. Every cruise line at Port Everglades is served, including Princess, Holland America and Celebrity, early and late sailings included, with help loading and unloading the luggage.

A pickup at the cruise terminal is not an airport pickup, so it has the standard 15-minute grace period, not the 60-minute airport window.

Both SUVs take up to 5 passengers, or 6 with 5 bags or fewer. The Executive Van takes up to 13 passengers and 13 suitcases.

Fort Lauderdale to Miami is a direct, door to door city to city ride, and the same holds going north to Palm Beach. From Broward we also connect to Miami-Dade and Palm Beach; Tampa and TPA pickups are available by request. City to city rides.

Which vehicle to book for an FLL arrival
The booking form suggests the classes that seat your group, but the luggage count does not block a booking. If the bags at the curb do not fit safely, your chauffeur may decline the ride and it is treated as a no-show, so count strollers and golf bags as bags and book the larger class when you are between two.
A couple with two checked bags fits Business Class. Three or more people with checked luggage should book an SUV, and anyone with a child seat should start with an SUV. Seven or more people means the Executive Van.

What your FLL price includes, and what can be added
Your price is locked when you book and includes the 20% chauffeur gratuity and the $5.95 service fee. There is no meter, and a delayed flight does not change it. Pickups from 11 pm to 6 am carry a 20% late-night rate, already inside the price shown.

Child seats and extras
Child seats are $20 each: rear-facing (birth to 1 year), forward-facing (1 to 4 years) or booster (4 to 7 years), up to 3 of each online. Optional extras: House Champagne $35, Red Carpet $40, Dozen Balloons $50, Flower Arrangement $30.
Cancellation
Free 4 hours or more before pickup, then 25% under 4 hours, 50% under 3 hours, 75% under 2 hours, and 100% under 1 hour or for a no-show, the same for every vehicle class.
