Where your chauffeur meets you, terminal by terminal
Miami International has three terminals, North, Central and South. Each has its own baggage claim, its own arrivals doors and, for international flights, its own customs hall. Level 1 is arrivals everywhere, so for a chauffeured pickup you never leave Level 1.

North Terminal, Concourse D
The American Airlines hub. Domestic arrivals take the escalators down to baggage claim on Level 1. International arrivals clear the North Terminal's own passport control and customs, then exit onto Level 1 at the north end.
Central Terminal, Concourses E, F and G
A mix of domestic, Latin American and Caribbean carriers. Baggage claim is on Level 1 directly below the concourses, the shortest walk in the airport from gate to curb.
South Terminal, Concourses H and J
Many international carriers that are not American partners arrive here. The South Terminal customs hall exits onto Level 1 at the far south end, a long walk from the North Terminal exits.

60 minutes of free wait, timed from the gate
Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of complimentary wait time, domestic and international alike. The clock starts when your plane reaches the gate, not at the scheduled arrival and not at the time you booked, so a late landing or a long taxi does not use it up. That hour is there for the customs line and the baggage belt.
Enter your flight number when you book. If the flight lands early or late, MIUUM moves your pickup to match, you do not rebook, and there is no delay fee.
After the 60 minutes
Wait time is billed per minute: $1 a minute in Business Class, Business Class SUV, First Class Sedan and First Class SUV, and $2 a minute in the Executive Van. See Policies and Fees.
Use the operating carrier's number
Give the flight number from the airline that operates the flight, as it appears on your ticket, not a codeshare number, so tracking follows the right aircraft.
A suggested pickup time
Once your flight is found, the form suggests a pickup 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes after landing, 30 by default. Keep your own time or take the suggestion. If the flight cannot be found, your time stays exactly as you entered it.
Which vehicle fits your party and your bags
Count passengers and suitcases together, and count strollers and golf bags as bags. The booking form suggests the classes that seat your group, but the luggage you enter does not block a booking. If the bags at the curb do not fit safely, your chauffeur may decline the ride and it is treated as a no-show, so book the larger class when you are between two.

Price, stops and cancellation
Your price is locked when you book and includes the 20% chauffeur gratuity and the $5.95 service fee. There is no meter, and a delayed flight does not change it. Pickups from 11 pm to 6 am carry a 20% late-night rate, already inside the price shown. Any airport tolls or parking are shown on your receipt.

Extra stops
Up to 3 can be added online. Within 5 miles of your route: $25 Business Class, $30 Business Class SUV, $35 First Class SUV, $40 First Class Sedan or Executive Van. Further off route: $50, $60, $70, $80 and $80.
By the hour instead
Keep the chauffeur for the day: 2-hour minimum (4 hours in the Executive Van), 25 miles included per hour, and stops at no extra charge. Hourly chauffeur service.
Cancellation
Free 4 hours or more before pickup, then 25% under 4 hours, 50% under 3 hours, 75% under 2 hours, and 100% under 1 hour or for a no-show. The scale in full.

I am landing at MIA from abroad. Where will my chauffeur be?

My international flight connects to a domestic flight that also lands at MIA. Which flight number do I give?
The final one. The pickup happens at the end of the domestic leg, so give that flight number, from the airline that operates it.
