Book online in the Reserve Online section of this page: enter your pickup, destination, date and time, see every vehicle with its fixed price, and pay securely. You can also call or WhatsApp us at 786-894-6989, or use the Book Now button at the top of any page.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle. For large groups, special events, or holidays, 48 to 72 hours is ideal. Same-day bookings may be available, call us to check.

Yes, always. We monitor every flight in real time from departure to landing. If your flight is early or delayed, your chauffeur adjusts automatically. There are no delay fees, ever.

We serve all four South Florida airports, Miami International (MIA), Miami Opa-Locka Executive (OPF), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL) and Palm Beach International (PBI), and cruise transfers at PortMiami and Port Everglades. Tampa and TPA pickups are available by request.

Our fleet includes the Mercedes-Benz EQS Sedan (up to 3 passengers, electric when available), Cadillac Escalade SUV (up to 5 passengers), Mercedes Sprinter Executive Van (up to 13 passengers), the Cadillac Vistiq Crossover (up to 3 passengers, electric when available), and the Chevrolet Suburban Business Class SUV (up to 5 passengers). Yes. For all airport arrivals, your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a personalized name sign. Complimentary wait time is included, no rushing, no stress.

Absolutely. Our Mercedes Sprinter accommodates up to 13 passengers, making it ideal for corporate groups, events, and airport runs. For larger groups we can coordinate multiple vehicles. Contact us for group rates and packages. Companies that ride often can open a free corporate account for a saved team roster, one place to see every ride, and card payment per ride, with invoice billing added once the account is approved.

Every MIUUM ride is operated by a licensed, commercially insured transportation company, and each chauffeur is approved by MIUUM before their first ride.

Cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup. This applies to every vehicle class, Sprinter included. Inside 4 hours a percentage of the trip applies: 25% under 4 hours, 50% under 3 hours, 75% under 2 hours, and 100% under 1 hour or for a no-show. Yes. MIUUM operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and all public holidays. Early-morning and late-night pickups are our specialty. We're always ready when you need us.
